Mayim Beach - Moalboal
Mayim Beach
Description
Set just off Moalboal’s main strip behind a gated approach, this compact eatery is a breakfast favorite thanks to standout shakshuka, fresh pasta and a creamy chicken Alfredo. Smoothies and mango shakes are refreshing while some drinks and a burger can be uneven. Service is friendly and the vibe is quiet and serene. The beachfront site suffered typhoon damage and occasional closures or insects have been reported. Pet-friendly villas and basic kitchen amenities make it practical for longer stays.

Went for lunch two days ago. It couldn't be restored due to typhoon damage, but it tasted very good! At first, I thought they weren't doing business, but we had a late lunch and when we walked inside the iron gate, an employee came out and greeted us. The pasta is very delicious! Highly recommended! The hamburger was very dry, probably because there wasn't enough sauce! Good luck! But the fries that came with it were very delicious! Drinks are very average! I can't remember the prices because I couldn't take a picture of the menu. It was about 890 pesos.
Had a very nice breakfast at this restaurant and not expensive at all. It is located in a quiet place in a small town just outside the center. You can still see the old location that was destroyed by the typhoon so help them rebuild it! Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₱200–400
You really have to venture out a bit to find this restaurant because it's out of the way but it's the best breakfast we found in Moalboal, we came back every day. It’s a restaurant in a family hostel/hotel, the people are nice and the food is really delicious and inexpensive!! The shakshuka and homemade bread are the best I've had in the Philippines. We recommend 100%!! Food: 5
