Great location to watch the sunset and the live band adds a great vibe to the place. The ending performances to end the night is awesome. Food took some time to arrive though. The schnitzel was a tad too salty, sisig was great and tasty but the mango shake was sour and also look like it didn't have enough ingredients. : Some servers also prioritize foreigner customers over local. What Maciej Jarno doesn't like about Andi's Talisay:
Hmm poor quality coffee for 150 pesos, tiny portions of french fries for 120 pesos... naa I do not think it is worth the money. Nice view and decent access to the water on the plus side. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 View all feedback.
The service is not good they serve us our order which is sisig but we wait 20 minutes for the rice
Coffee is a bit cheaper than other places but the latte was 80% water, I couldn’t taste any milk. Had to wait 20 mins for a latte and espresso when there was only one other client. The sisig was mainly pork fat, almost no meat. I gave 2 stars only because it was cheap but we have had better service and food at cheaper places here :

Incredible place to watch the sunset. Cheap drinks and snacks. Staff will let you sit there and not hassle you. Very good music and sometimes a live band. Stairs for snorkeling for easy sea access.
