I wouldn't even rate this place with one star. None of the employees were wearing gloves, which poses a risk of contaminating the sandwich buns with the raw chicken they handle. The woman who took our order touched the computer, then went to the window, and afterward went into the kitchen to grab a bun before making our sandwich—it's simply disgusting! The nuggets were quite disappointing, and my chicken was burnt. I ordered takeout for dinner, and the price per person was around $20–30. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 and the service a 3.
In 65 years of life, I have never seen, nor can I in any way conceive of a worse buffet of any kind anywhere. It was minimally, without exaggeration, 100 degrees in tge dining area. There were 2 pieces of chicken on the buffet and not much variety of anything else. There were no biscuits. We were given small water cups for our drinks. It was 11.99 per person. There was a scratched on No refunds on the sign. I can see why. It was truly a HORRIBLE experience. If you 're going out to eat, I 'd suggest anywhere else...even grazing in the yard. I was charged for drinks but then told they didn't have ice. The food took a long time to arrive and wasn't good. The biscuits tasted strange, so I ended up throwing them away.
KFC is now under new management, and my experience has been great. The food is consistently fresh, served hot, and tastes excellent. I will definitely return.
