It was minimally, without exaggeration, 100 degrees in tge dining area. There were 2 pieces of chicken on the buffet and not much variety of anything else. There were no biscuits. We were given small water cups for our drinks. It was 11.99 per person. There was a scratched on No refunds on the sign. I can see why. It was truly a HORRIBLE experience. If you 're going out to eat, I 'd suggest anywhere else...even grazing in the yard. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

None of the employees were wearing gloves, which poses a risk of contaminating the sandwich buns with the raw chicken they handle. The woman who took our order touched the computer, then went to the window, and afterward went into the kitchen to grab a bun before making our sandwich—it's simply disgusting! I understand they might be short-staffed, but putting on gloves only takes a few seconds. I strongly advise steering clear of this place unless you're willing to take the risk of getting sick! Additionally, they all stepped outside to smoke at one point.

However, when I got home, I discovered that I on... read more I ordered an 8-piece original recipe meal with mashed potatoes and gravy, plus macaroni and cheese on the side. However, when I got home, I discovered that I only received 2 original recipe pieces (the thighs) and the remaining were crispy. I did get mashed potatoes, but there was no gravy, and instead of macaroni and cheese, I was given coleslaw. The mashed potatoes had a burnt taste, and the chicken tasted off, as if it had been fried in old grease. I won’t be coming back. Farewell, KFC.
