I wouldn't even rate this place with one star. None of the employees were wearing gloves, which poses a risk of contaminating the sandwich buns with the raw chicken they handle. I was charged for drinks but then told they didn't have ice. The food took a long time to arrive and wasn't good. The biscuits tasted strange, so I ended up throwing them away.
KFC is now under new management, and my experience has been great. The food is consistently fresh, served hot, and tastes excellent. I will definitely return.
I wouldn't even rate this place with one star. None of the employees were wearing gloves, which poses a risk of contaminating the sandwich buns with the raw chicken they handle. The woman who took our order touched the computer, then went to the window, and afterward went into the kitchen to grab a bun before making our sandwich—it's simply disgusting! I understand they might be short-staffed, but putting on gloves only takes a few seconds. I strongly advise steering clear of this place unless you're willing to take the risk of getting sick! Additionally, they all stepped outside to smoke at one point.
I ordered an 8-piece original recipe meal with mashed potatoes and gravy, plus macaroni and cheese on the side. However, when I got home, I discovered that I only received 2 original recipe pieces (the thighs) and the remaining were crispy. I did get mashed potatoes, but there was no gravy, and instead of macaroni and cheese, I was given coleslaw. The mashed potatoes had a burnt taste, and the chicken tasted off, as if it had been fried in old grease. I won’t be coming back. Farewell, KFC.
I waited inside for 10 minutes without being served and didn't see anyone around. When someone finally came over, they told me it would take another 10 minutes to prepare a chicken sandwich.

The nuggets were quite disappointing, and my chicken was burnt. I ordered takeout for dinner, and the price per person was around $20–30. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 and the service a 3.
In 65 years of life, I have never seen, nor can I in any way conceive of a worse buffet of any kind anywhere. It was minimally, without exaggeration, 100 degrees in tge dining area. There were 2 pieces of chicken on the buffet and not much variety of anything else. There were no biscuits. We were given small water cups for our drinks. It was 11.99 per person. There was a scratched on No refunds on the sign. I can see why. It was truly a HORRIBLE experience. If you 're going out to eat, I 'd suggest anywhere else...even grazing in the yard. Recent changes have made it better, definitely. Biscuit was soft, chicken was good sized, side were good. It was hard to know where to order when I went in, and their parking lot is always a nightmare. Worse parking in the area.
The workera are fantastic, but because the speaker doesn't work it takes forever!!! We only have a 30 minute lunch and we were in line for 25 minutes for our food! That speaker needs to be fixed!!!
This place is fantastic! It has the best buffet I've ever been to, and the food is delicious! I do miss having strawberry jam for my biscuit, but the grape jam is fine too! The buffet features potatoes with gravy, green beans, cabbage, chicken and noodles, and you can enjoy it all with real A&W root beer! Mmmm! Just look at the church above—this is my granddaughter, and we are getting her started early! She has been coming here since she was born, and she loves it! It's a wonderful family-friendly restaurant!
The buffet was delicious! Everything was great. I will definitely go again.
Last two times we ordered pickup orders. Exceptional service. The food was hot and fresh. There were only 3 people working in this store last night and they worked really hard to get orders.
