I have eaten at loaded nachos at least 5 times and this is my first time being disappointed. My family ordered 3 trays of nachos and all were cold. I noticed the staff puts the nachos under a warming light after they make it. Are the cheese/meats not supposed to be kept slightly warm? As far as I can remember from my past experiences everything was warm. I looked at other reviews and saw a few other people with this... View all feedback.

read moreDon't miss this place. Very fresh and good ingredients. Also, don't sleep on the Bahn Mi Nachos and the Loaded Baked Potato nachos. Will be back for sure!
