The employee are professional, courteous, and super helpful when trying to decide upon a choice, and do I sometimes take forever trying to figure out exactly what I want. Order an Essential Reset on Friday afternoon (5/21) for p/u at 4:15p, unfortunately I was running late and when I called to let them know, was only then told that they wouldn't be able to complete the order for pickup. Fine OK, busy, whatever, but would have been nice to get a call before I had to call them.
