Cracker Barrel Old Country Store - Feedback

What Debbie D doesn't like about Cracker Barrel Old Country Store:
I used to work for Cracker Barrel so I have high expectations. The server was 4 stars (highest achievement in training and experience) yet did not serve as expected. Other people had food before us, she forgot to bring out my dumplings, then told me they were out of dumplings and did not offer any discount for the problems. The food was delicious as always, however. Hopefully she was just having a bad night. View all feedback. What Christine A likes about Cracker Barrel Old Country Store:
We have been to this location and the staff are always very kind and service is great. I had the country chicken and it was delicious. I also had the chocolate coca cola cake and I was so good, I will for sure get that again! View all feedback.
