Description

Marathi, an Indian restaurant located at Gate E of Terminal 1, offers a mixed dining experience. While the ambiance and service, particularly from staff like Sudhir, receive high praise for their attentiveness and friendliness, the food reviews are more varied. Dishes like Huh Biryani and Chickpea Masala are deemed delicious yet lack robust flavor, with prices around $20 reflecting typical airport dining costs. Despite some patrons expressing disappointment over portion sizes and misleading menu images, those craving Indian cuisine might find Marathi a worthwhile stopover, especially for travelers seeking a pleasant dining environment before their flight.

If you love being taken advantage of and ripped off with tiny portions of overpriced, barely mediocre food, this is your place! For $20 tax tip, you can enjoy a small bowl of rice with a few morsels of chicken (a.k.a., chicken biryani). Also the POS device for paying doesn't read a card or ApplePay, so the process is for you to manually enter every detail, which is just sooooo customer friendly. Oh, and how can I forget the loud obnoxious music just to add to the overall atmosphere. ENJOY! Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Horrendous service! My boyfriend and I, each got a 15$ voucher for having a delayed flight so we decided to order from here. One of the vouchers wasn’t being accepted. I asked for help, the host went to get a manager after scanning my boarding pass and seeing that the voucher was still very much available. The manager was no more help. Told me that it was either cause I had already used it or because the system was down. If the other one worked how was the system down??? I asked if they were able to figure something out and the manager said he couldn’t help me and it wasn’t his fault if the system didn’t work. I don’t understand why there is such a system but there shouldn’t be. I also waited 20 minutes for a saladI had to go to the counter and ask for it as it was sitting on the counter for who knows how long. For the salad itself, it was an Indian spice chicken Caesar salad. The cilantro chutney and chicken were very tasty but the amount was limited. Ratio of chicken to lettuce was ridiculous. I think i had 4 pieces of tomato and for the cucumber, there was chopped pieces, whole slices and half slices?? Very odd ! Extremely inaccessible and unfriendly POS system, the absolute worse!! Payments have to be done through a QR Code and Credit card only, they make things extremely difficult, annoying, and not easy. What if someone doesn’t have a Credit card or Apple Pay? What to they do then? No regard for accessibility whatsoever. Do better it’s 2025 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Bar manager (tall guy with grey hair) has a major staring problem. Constantly comes over and leers at you for several minutes while you're trying to enjoy a conversation. Very unsettling -Grab a drink somewhere else. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They kicked us out of the restaurant area to make space to other client after I spent $120 on my order. Shame on them. I will never seat in that kind of restaurant where the food is disgusting and the service is not up to standard. Will not advise anyone to seat there.
