They do not accept any paper coupons that we receive in the mail.

The bread was underwhelming. My kids had a few bites and said, "This sandwich is not good." I advise you to be cautious if you decide to visit this restaurant.

The restaurant was remarkably clean, and the young women who assisted me with my three sandwiches were very professional. However, I found it somewhat strange that they didn't accept their own coupons. Overall, I would give my experience five stars. One of the two young ladies appeared a bit unfriendly towards my family, but I didn't let that affect me. I love dining and shopping wherever my cravings lead me.

The hours listed on their door are incorrect—they say they open at 9:30. I arrived at 8:40 and, finding the door unlocked, went in, only to be told by the staff that they were closed and couldn't serve us. I suggest calling ahead before your visit, or choosing another restaurant that has accurate hours and provides better customer service.

Came here on Valentines Day and was refused service. She said she was too tired. I'm a manager in the restaurant industry and never in my life was I refused service bc the employee didn't feel like making my food. She was an older woman who clearly needs to retire if she feels too tired to serve people. I don't know her name but she had a nasty bandage on her nose that looked unsanitary. She's very rude and doesn't know how to talk to customers. DO BETTER!
