I was just involved in my last horrific experience at this location and honestly, all Bojangles forever. When I declined to pull forward when waiting for my order (there were NO CARS ANYWHERE), manager Taylor came to the DT window to inform me I could leave then. When I asked for the district manager's phone number I was told to google it This experience was stress inducing, in front of my son, and completely avoidable and unnecessary. What type of business will allow this type of behavior from their staff, especially the General Manager Save your money, eat at home or support other merchants. Bojangles does not deserve the patronage.

The situation did not improve with their sausage and country ham biscuits. Personal issues seemed to be affecting the service times and quality.
