First off, I would like to state that I only came to Bojangles because I was in a hurry and I knew no one would be in the drive-through because it?s always empty. So I order two chicken legs with one side and one drink, and it came to almost 9 dollars. KFC is literally across the street and I can get two chicken legs, a side , a drink. and a cookie for five dollars plus tax. Let?s not forget my french fries were so seasoned that I couldn?t even eat them. Why do you think your chicken is so superior that you can charge $10 for two pieces one side and a drink? That?s why no one?s ever in your drive-thru !!!! I didn?t get a receipt either ! So I have no way to know if they over charged me
Bad service, sandwich was very hot when the girl said that it wasn't as hot as the Cajun Filet Biscuit and the bread wouldn't stay together, it fell in pieces and the chicken sat there for a while and it was dark as if it were in the oil too long. Old bread and old chicken, so it went to the garbage.
If you?re a fan of the seasoned fries at Bojangles, try another location. I switch between the same two orders every time I go: 5-Piece Supremes or 2 Breast Dinner, large fry (made fresh w/ extra seasoning), and large drink. After Bojangles introduced thelittle bottles of seasoning, which they don?t seem to have anymore, this location has put the absolute bare minimum amount ofseasoning on their fries. Whether I get them fresh is hit and miss. Most times the fries are only warm from being under thelight, and other times they simply re-dip them thinking that?s what I want. It isn?t. They?ll put extra seasoning like I askwhenever they feel like it, but when they do, they simply sprinkle it on top. A completely worthless gesture when I?m chokingdown the top layer of fries because the seasoning is catching in many throat, and the layers beneath have, once again, the bareminimum possible. I used to buy the bottles of seasoning, but that?s a poor way of treating customers. This issue has persistedever since they re-opened this location, and across multiple managers. I?ve contacted corporate to no avail. I was even incommunication with the district manager at one point, and was told they would discuss things with the manager. Nothing changed, and that was months ago. The Supremes are good though. Considering those come pre-seasoned, I can?t really give them too muchcredit for that.
I always purchase coffee from Bojangles as I go to bat for this coffee over McDonald's and waffle House umm today it was the most horrible 2 cups of coffee ever. The coffee tasted like filter and coffee already ran it's course and instead of replacingthe filter with fresh grounds only water was added and that my friends is not acceptable no return visit. Thank you for the gooddrive thru customer service though.
