Was Lanese Smith at Wendy's a mag?
The food was hot and delicious, but I couldn’t help but notice that Wendy’s has changed their chicken sandwich. The chicken used to be crispier and juicier. Nevertheless, their spicy chicken will always be the original sandwich! View all feedback.

I went through the drive through 3 times due to our order being wrong. The 1st time we got a chicken sandwich instead of a burger. The next 3 times it had Mayo on it after our one and only special instruction on the receipt said no mayo.Finally I checked it while sitting at the window the 3rd time and it was still wrong. The person cooking it was apparently yelling at the workers, came and acted angry at me for no reason, then handed me a half raw cold burger with uncooked bacon, unmelted cheese and disgusting broken in half cold patties. Threw the whole order away after wasting nearly an hour trying to get it made properly. Will never be going back there.
