The Shrimp Barn
Description
Nestled in a quirky antique store setting, this seafood restaurant offers a diverse menu featuring specialties like lobster bisque, blackened shrimp, and alligator, often praised for flavorful, well-prepared dishes. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere enhance the dining experience. However, inconsistencies arise with some patrons reporting overcooked or undercooked items, gelatinous dressings, and small side portions. While many find it a hidden gem worth revisiting, others express concern about food quality and preparation. Overall, it’s a unique spot with potential, best approached with tempered expectations.
