This restaurant offers a mixed dining experience, with standout dishes like egg rolls and Beef Chow Mein receiving high praise for their unique flavors. While the takeout service is noted for its speed and friendly staff, some patrons have expressed disappointment over the lack of flavor in several dishes, including classic favorites. I recently moved to the area and decided to try this restaurant. I’m glad I did—the food was good and reasonably priced, especially considering the current economic climate. If I had one suggestion, it would be to include more rice in the lunch special, as I prefer a larger portion. I ordered the spicy version of orange chicken, and it was quite decent. I will definitely be returning!
Pretty good food but bad service. It's worth it only if you're gonna wait for a while and you have the money because their prices are outrageous.
I love Chinese food and thought I would give this place a try as they are close to home. Sadly, my taste buds were very disappointed. Let's start with the classic Chicken Fried Rice. I found this dish to be rather lacking in flavor, instead it felt very heavily oiled. While it did have nice size pieces of chicken I was left wishing for more seasoning. The sweet n sour chicken was cooked fine however the sauce itself once again left my taste buds wanting. There was a serious lack of flavor with the sauce and I wish it would have been just a bit thicker to allow it to coat the chicken. As for the establishment it's self, it was clean and the staff were friendly. The young lady at the register was very sweet however I believe a more accurate wait time was warranted, but that is not her fault more of a lack of communication between the back of house and front of house. Over all sadly I would have to only give a 4 out of 10
The worst food ever. I got food poisoning. Through the rest of the food in the garbage. The only thing that was good was the smoothie. Wish I could get a refund.
When we visited for dine-in, we found the restaurant to have just a few tables and a quite minimalistic atmosphere, which is probably why many customers opt for takeout. On our visit, a few other diners were also eating inside. We ordered some classic favorites; while they weren't exceptional, they were enjoyable. At the time, only the dinner menu was being served, which features larger portions at higher prices, so we decided to share our meals to save a bit. The menu does offer a few vegetarian-friendly options. We tried the Kung Pao Tofu, priced around $13 for the dinner portion. It was packed with a spicy kick from the dried chili peppers used in the dish. Personally, I would have preferred it with the crispy tofu that is often part of this dish, but the flavor was still enjoyable and spicy. If you're considering a visit, I recommend going for lunch. The lunch specials are cheaper, even if the portions are smaller. Just keep in mind that the fried rice served with lunch includes pork, so if you want it vegetarian, make sure to request plain rice instead.
