What Ana Maria Damian doesn't like about Dunkin':
Their manager is very rude. We called them regarding a missing item we paid for and instead of them addressing the issue and working something out she yelled at us and suddenly hung up. We?ve had many issues with her in the drive thru as well claimingwe needed to go all the way back in line in order to receive our coffee we were missing and she always has a rude attitude. Once I found out years ago something they did when making their coffee I stopped going there but my husband went for the convenience being closer to us. Now he finally said never again! He bought me a blueberry muffin and an Iced coffee for asurprise. The muffin wasn't only way smaller than they used to be but it was all raw and wet on the bottom, definitely lookeduncooked on the bottom. I called and she told me sorry, her oven wasn't at the right temperature and to bring it back foranother one. When he got there she showed him another one and said see it's the same, it's fine, my employees are eating itright now. I have never had a muffin like that from ANY Dunkin!! It was not fine. She didn't want to give him his money back forit either but finally did and then wanted his phone to take back the point for the muffin! Never will we go there again! Thedunkin on ridge by 80 is 100 times better and we'll only go there from now on!!!!
I feel like family at this store. The only complaint I have is that there's way too much ice in the cup and not enough drink. I pay $5 for a large tea and get more than half of it in ice

This is honestly the worst Dunkin I?ve been to. We moved here last October and it never fails that each time I?ve gotten an iced coffee that it tastes like dirty water? I even took a break for a few months and decided to give them another try a few weeksago. My boyfriend and I did a curbside pickup order and it said when we get there to check in so they can make our order andbring it out. Well after waiting for 10 minutes for two iced coffees and 2 donuts, my boyfriend went in and asked where ourorder was. They said they were very busy and hadn?t started anything yet. In that 10 minute timeframe of waiting out front,there were at most 4 cars that had gone through the drive thru. I just don?t think they care and use coffee from the nightbefore. I really don?t like to leave a bad review, and have never left one before but this Dunkin has been bad every time. Andthe manager/owner looks at us like we?re crazy for asking for a new drink. I will not spend my money there again. I drive backto Plainfield to get a coffee from Dunkin if I have to.
