I even... read more This is honestly the worst Dunkin' I've ever visited. We moved here last October, and every time I've ordered an iced coffee, it tastes like dirty water. I even took a break for a few months but decided to give them another chance recently. My boyfriend and I placed a curbside pickup order, which said to check in when we arrived so they could prepare and bring out our order. After waiting 10 minutes for two iced coffees and two donuts, my boyfriend went inside to ask about our order. They said they were very busy and hadn’t started anything yet. During those 10 minutes, only about four cars went through the drive-thru. It seems like they don’t care and might be using coffee from the night before. I usually avoid leaving bad reviews and never have before, but this Dunkin' has been disappointing every time. Plus, the manager or owner looks at us as if we’re overreacting when we ask for a new drink. I won’t be spending my money there again—I’d rather drive back to Plainfield to get a coffee from another Dunkin'. The menu quality here just doesn’t meet expectations.

When we contacted them about a missing item we had paid for, instead of resolving the issue, she shouted at us and ab... read more The manager at Dunkin' was extremely rude. When we contacted them about a missing item we had paid for, instead of resolving the issue, she shouted at us and abruptly hung up. We’ve also experienced multiple problems with her at the drive-thru, where she insisted we go back to the end of the line to get the coffee we were missing, always displaying a disrespectful attitude.

The girl with short hair was quite rude and shut the window on me while I was speaking, which was really disappointing. If you dislike your job that much, perhaps you should consider looking for a position elsewhere. It genuinely impacts the customer experience. I used to work at Dunkin, and I would never have treated customers that way.
