Many years ago, I dropped by this pub and was received bad treatment from an overworked bartender. The staff this time around were very respectful and genuinely welcoming. I seems to be a very low-key pub-like atmosphere and has a fair menu of food and extensive list of alcoholic and THC libations and concoctions. The place was crowded, and I was uncertain about where to position myself, but rather than kindly guiding me, the server just pushed me out of the way. There are far more courteous ways to manage a situation like this—like asking if I needed assistance finding a seat or explaining where the servers pick up food and drinks. It's simply unacceptable to physically push someone, regardless of your size or height advantage. Customer service should always be characterized by care and respect.
