What User doesn't like about Insomnia Cookies:
It's a Monday night at 11:00. They were made of several products that I would understand as it is the end of the night, but this is a shop that also advertises in its name that they treat a late night. That was my first time here. I didn't get what I wanted since they got out. They gave me the wrong order (which was rock hard) so I had given it to me something else and that was also hard like a rock not much of a lea... View all feedback. I live in Atlanta, but someone in Minneapolis used my account to order cookies with my reward points. Luckily, Lily, who is the manager, saw my complaint and was able to recover the points the next day. I appreciate how fast she was able to answer and treat the matter. View all feedback.
