HeadFlyer Brewing was founded by Neil Miller, Amy Miller, Nate Larson, and Austin Lee with a vision to create a diverse selection of beers to satisfy every beer drinker's preferences. Located in the historic Miller textile building in Northeast Minneapolis, our taproom embodies a warm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere. Head of Beer, Neil Miller, began his brewing journey as a homebrewer in 2008 and has since expanded to a custom-built electric system after attending the American Brewers Guild program. Amy Miller, Head of Operations, comes from a long line of successful small business owners and enlisted Nate Larson and Austin Lee to join the team. The name HeadFlyer symbolizes stepping outside one's comfort zone, embracing possibilities, and taking on the unknown. Visit us to experience the essence of being a HeadFlyer.

This place has a fantastic ambience, delicious beer, and amazing staff! One of the best breweries in Minneapolis!
This brewery is fantastic! The staff is amazing and they have some of the most delicious beers I've ever tried!
The restaurant has the same old high-top tables, but they are placed further apart now. You can only order from a single location on the side of the bar. They should have more markers on the floor for 6 feet of distance and remind customers to wear masks inside. The staff took my card and swiped it themselves, which I could have done to minimize touch points. They only serve bar snacks, but the beers are good. I always go for the "beyond the door" option because the rotating options are almost always amazing.
The beers are fantastic and the staff is friendly, both the customers and servers. I will definitely return, even if it means traveling to Minneapolis.
Great beer and seltzer. Food truck on site mist days.plenty of parking and outdoor seating.
