Chili's - Minneapolis
Chili's
Description
Chili's, a popular casual dining spot, has recently experienced a mix of challenges and successes. While some patrons expressed disappointment due to delays in food preparation and service, these issues seemed linked to staffing shortages. Many appreciated the quality of the food, particularly the flavorful fajitas and signature lava cake, despite the occasional service hiccup. On busy nights, like Saturdays, the restaurant can get crowded, leading to longer wait times. However, when service ran smoothly, it received high praise for attentiveness and friendliness. Overall, Chili's offers a satisfying experience worth the visit, particularly for fans of its well-loved dishes.

The service was awesome! The food was delicious and the restaurant was clean and well spaced for customers. What a great time I had with my mom. Definitely worth going to. Those fajitas... nom! And the molten lava cake, out of this world
The food is always great. I prefer their dine in service than their take out. Everytime we've ordered take out the order is never right. Something, if not multiple things are always missing. Check your order before leaving the parking lot. I will mention they will give a $5 gift card but that doesn't always cover the cost for what's missing and I prefer to have my actual order right. The dining customer service is amazing.
Run down, in need of repairs. Everything was dirty. The bathroom had standing water all over as shown. 2/3 of the restaurant was, closed, as only one waitress showed up. Given that, they only were allowing 4 tables to eat at a time. Those 4 tables then were uncomfortably close as there was more than enough room to have some space while not adding steps. The waitress was nice, and the food was as shown in the pics. My steak for the fajita had a large area of gristle down the center which made i
I accepted my steak a little overdone, but it was still delicious. The cook needs to work on his timing. But IT WAS STILL DELICIOUS!!! My salad had too many brown edges pieces on the lettuce, but I still ate it, the blue cheese covered it....the loaded baked potato has too much spices, but.....yes....I ate it anyway. I love Chili's!!!
The food portions were rather small and overpriced, probably due to inflation. The service was slow because of a staffing shortage. In terms of atmosphere, it was typical of a Chili's—filled with noisy babies and a table of kids who seemed a bit distracted, trying to eat their meals without using any utensils.
