I was very disappointed by the experience I had. Staff were rude. They refused to toast my cinnamon rolls and forgot to give me my cappuccino and hot chocolate. How is this a five star place? Here’s why: no tipping required, coffee and pastries and breakfast sandwiches are always fantastic, they have a La Marzocco and know how to steam their milk, you can just walk in and sit at any open table where you scan the QR code and order directly. The vibe inside is nice, not too loud, staff are friendly, food comes efficiently. Honestly the more I think about it the more amazing this place is to me.
