Safe House
Description
Overall, the restaurant offers a mixed bag of experiences according to recent reviews. The food was tasty at times, but some dishes were disappointing or served at room temperature. The service varied, with some mentioning excellent service while others were less impressed. The atmosphere of the restaurant received positive feedback, with interactive elements and a fun, unique vibe. The Saltwater Grill in Galveston received praise for its updated menu, delicious dishes, and friendly service, while the Safe House was highlighted for its family-friendly environment and entertaining features. Despite some shortcomings, both restaurants seem to offer a memorable dining experience.

Must visit, very unique and fun. Food was good enough to make the spy adventure worth checking out with guests. It gets a bit confusing, but they created a great entertainment piece to liven up the dining experience.
First of all I just want to say I was so excited to come here because I heard amazing things and it was my birthday but it was a disaster from the moment my boyfriend and I walked in. We didn’t know we had to make reservations so as soon as we got therewe were told there were going to be a 2 hr wait, ok no big deal. We decided to wait at the bar and have a few such as 1-2 drinksand do the scavenger hunt. That all took maybe an hr or so to do, we waited some more but notice that there were a lot of empty, clean tables and no one sitting there. So the sweet bartender allowed my boyfriend and I to order at the bar since there werejust two of us. Great, that was nice of him but the other employees were not having it and told us we needed to wait for ourtable and being kind of rude about it so that killed the joy for my boyfriend and I. We still ate at the bar, since thebartender already put in our order. Food was horrible, extremely plain like literally no flavor and gave us both stomachachesafterwards. I had the fish taco and he had the spy burger. Oh, also our table still wasn’t ready and it had already been about2 hrs when there were tables empty and cleaned. Other people were also waiting around too. I definitely do not recommend thisrestaurant to anyone. Waste of money! My birthday was pretty much ruined from poor customer service to the poor food quality.
Don't go here unless you're ready for an ????????????????????????????????????????. From the very get-go you become a secret agent, and have to prove your friendly intentions to get inside. It's so fun for all ages! Once inside, the place isspy-hideout from top to bottom. You could spend several evenings exploring the number of secrets and details scattered throughthis place. And the menu descriptions are amazing. I spent more time than anywhere else just reading the menu. The food isactually pretty good as well. It's better-than-average bar food. We had the Fried C4 Cheese Curds, the Impossible Burger,Furtive Fish Fry, and the Mission Impossible burger.
Safe house was a great visit! Kids loved it. The food was good. Staff was friendly but not the quickest. Even after going I have no idea what the front door password was but I think that’s for the best! You will go in the alley door and do somesilly activity to give access to the restaurant. Once inside you’ll be applauded for your dancing. Once inside you check inand if your table isn’t ready you can do a scavenger hunt around the restaurant. When your table is ready you’ll be takingthere and end up in one of the fun rooms. They’re all pretty cool! Explore the place there’s a lot of fun stuff!
SafeHouse was a great spot!! The theme spy concept is awesome. Entering was my favorite part. The host asks if you know the password, if you don’t know the password they make you do a silly task. Our task was to do 3 karate moves before entering. Westopped in for just drinks and an appetizer. We sat at the bar and the bartender was very nice. The drinks food weredelicious! I definitely want to go back.
