Always understaffed and order kiosks rarely work. Today I had mac and cheese that was more like soup with a few noodles, and the corn chowder made my mom sick!

Ordered a chipotle sandwich, everything on it adding spinach and cucumbers. This is what I got. This is the second time this happened. They also forgot my Mac and cheese and extra bread. That's 35$ down the drain.

Anyways, food are great and the staff seems nice. Food is kind of expensive but you get what you paid for. I don't have anythingbad to say about this particular location. I went up to the counter to ask for a lid the employee, who checked me out moments before, said they obviously had none left. If you knew you ?obviously?had no large lids, why didn?t you tell me that when ordering take out? Not her fault they were out of stock, but she was rudeand it is sufficiently annoying to take two large drinks to go without lids. Also, no offer of a different size or any kind ofhelp.
