Ea... read more It's delicious every time I get to eat here. It could sometimes get to do, especially because it's in a mall. Anyway, food is great and the staff seems nice. Eating is kind of expensive, but you get what you pay. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Try it and you won't regret it. Thanks for my review. Peace?

I regretted my decision as I could have gotten a better one at Wendy's. My salad consisted mostly of the white, tasteless bottom part of the romaine lettuce, which was disappointing. The dressing was sufficient, but there were not enough croutons. The photo I included is after I added the dressing and shook the container.

The mac n cheese was absolutely delicio... read more Today I ordered the Pick 2 option at the restaurant. I chose the Steak and white cheddar half sandwich and mac n cheese. The mac n cheese was absolutely delicious, it was my favorite. However, I was disappointed with the sandwich. It was quite small, not even close to being a half sandwich. I had asked for double steak, but it only had about 3 small pieces. It also lacked pickled onions, which I usually love on this sandwich. Additionally, there was way too much horseradish aioli. Overall, this was the worst sandwich I have ever received from Panera. I was very disappointed with my experience today.

Always understaffed and order kiosks rarely work. Today I had mac and cheese that was more like soup with a few noodles, and the corn chowder made my mom sick!

Pantera is generally expensive and I expected much more from their systems.

Short line up but long wait to order and receive the food. Good food and clean dining. When order was ready the workers in the back that handed me the order also didn't speak. Not sure how hardit is for people to be friendly or speak in this establishment. Bagel was also hard.. I went up to the counter to ask for a lid the employee, who checked me out moments before, said they obviously had none left. If you knew you ?obviously?had no large lids, why didn?t you tell me that when ordering take out? Not her fault they were out of stock, but she was rudeand it is sufficiently annoying to take two large drinks to go without lids. Also, no offer of a different size or any kind ofhelp.
