Very busy but clean Panera Bread. The pick two I got was very good and only $10. Plenty of seating, although the line was very long and took awhile, they do have iPad kiosks to order from, which is ideal. View all feedback.

This location is not up to standards. Normally we like Panera, but this location needs help. Tables are dirty and the floor is sticky. Always understaffed and order kiosks rarely work. Today I had mac and cheese that was more like soup with a few noodles, and the corn chowder made my mom sick! View all feedback.

It's delicious wonderful each time I come eat here. It could get busy at times especially because it's inside of a mall. Anyways, food are great and the staff seems nice. Food is kind of expensive but you get what you paid for. I don't have anythingbad to say about this particular location. Give it a try and you won't regret it. Thanks for reading my review. Peace ??
Came and ordered two large lemonades *to go*. Filled them up, realized they had no large lids left. I went up to the counter to ask for a lid the employee, who checked me out moments before, said they obviously had none left. If you knew you ?obviously?had no large lids, why didn?t you tell me that when ordering take out? Not her fault they were out of stock, but she was rudeand it is sufficiently annoying to take two large drinks to go without lids. Also, no offer of a different size or any kind ofhelp.
Today I ordered the Pick 2. I chose the Steak and white cheddar HALF sandwich and mac n cheese. The mac n cheese was DELICIOUS, MY FAVORITE. The sandwich tho, left a LOT to be desired???????? First. It was small, I don't think it was near a half sandwich. I asked for double steak, it had maybe 3 small pieces, NO Pickled onions.... which I ove on this sandwich, and WAY TO MUCHhorseradish aioli. This was thee worst sandwich I've ever gotten from Panera, very disappointed with them yoday!!
Ordered pick up. Workers in the front just glared at me as they had side conversations. Order wasn't ready when it was supposed to be I stood there. When order was ready the workers in the back that handed me the order also didn't speak. Not sure how hardit is for people to be friendly or speak in this establishment. Bagel was also hard.. No utensils in bag. I tossed it.

Placeded an order online. Ordered a chipotle sandwich, everything on it adding spinach and cucumbers. This is what I got. This is the second time this happened. They also forgot my Mac and cheese and extra bread. That's 35$ down the drain.
They don't know how the stock system works. About 90% of all items are out of stock. So I ordered what was left just to find out they can't give me that, but could have given me what I originally wanted, only now I already paid. Pantera is generally expensive and I expected much more from their systems.
Got this bagel this morning. It’s missing almost the entire top half, and it’s so hard I can’t even bite into it.
Panera is my favorite. This is the first bad experience. Mac and cheese was amazing, but they ruined my favorite sandwich. They forgot my sauce on the sandwich which is why i love it that much. They just left it out and made it with low effort. Really disappointed…

Located inside the mayfair mall. Was looking for some light food and came across this place. Ordered the Mediterranean veggie sandwich and coffee. Food was standard like any other panera outlet. Since its inside mall the queue was bit big had to wait for 10 min to place my order

Had a lovely experience at this Panera yesterday. Matt was checking on seated customers needs, being so friendly and helpful. I had taken my teenage grandson out for lunch and Mike took our photo together. It's nice to see someone being so cheerful and helpful however he can. Good work, Matt.
Short line up but long wait to order and receive the food. Good food and clean dining. Convenient location at the mall do you don’t shop hungry.

This place is great! The food is sooo go and affordable. I wish I had it in my country. I recommend the place.

Service was slow. Sandwich hardly had any chicken on it. They were out of baguette that comes with the soup. Didn't offer any other kind of bread/Crackers. No utensils in the bag. Not very pleased with my experience today. $25 wasted.
Takeout. The front staff only glanced at me while chatting amongst themselves. The order was not ready when I arrived to pick it up. When the order was finally prepared, the kitchen staff who handed it to me did not say a word. It's disappointing how unfriendly or uncommunicative the employees at this establishment can be. The bagel was also tough and there were no utensils in the bag. I struggled to eat it.
It's delicious every time I get to eat here. It could sometimes get to do, especially because it's in a mall. Anyway, food is great and the staff seems nice. Eating is kind of expensive, but you get what you pay. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Try it and you won't regret it. Thanks for my review. Peace?
