I was the only diner at 8:00 AM on a Thursday, and my waitress, Taylor, was incredibly attentive and wonderful. The coffee was excellent, and I’m quite picky about my coffee! I was a bit concerned that the food might be overly sweet and that they might prioritize creativity over quality—places that offer things like Lucky Charms pancakes can make me wary. However, I honestly loved what I ordered. I had the fried green tomatoes Benedict with a lemon berry pancake on the side. The Benedict was delicious, though not the best I've ever had; the eggs were poached perfectly, and the flavors blended well together. But that pancake—oh wow. It came with fresh blueberries and a berry-infused mascarpone on top, along with a lemon drizzle. It was absolutely fantastic—no syrup needed! I would definitely return the next time I’m in Milwaukee!

I noticed they had some intriguing alcoholic coffee drinks that I really wanted to try, but with a full day ahead of me, I passed this time. I’ll definitely return next time I’m in the area. The restaurant itself had a charming atmosphere with a bright color scheme of blue and yellow that created a cheerful vibe, and my server was just as cheerful. My favorite detail was the collection of cute clocks above the bar, which I really wish I had taken a picture of. Overall, it was a delightful experience!

I do want to mention that we had a large group, and our original reservation got lost somehow. Luckily, our organizer went to the restaurant in the morning and managed to get everything sorted out; otherwise, we would have been in a tough spot. I recommend double-checking your reservation before heading to the restaurant.
