As fans of vegetarian dishes, we loved discovering creative and unique options like the bean stew made with locally sourced beans. The winter squash salad featuring lunga di Napoli squash was exceptional, likely thinly sliced on a mandolin and combined with golden raisins and pine nuts. We even took some home to enjoy later.
