Description

Nestled along a scenic route, Oakhurst Diner serves as a charming pitstop for hungry hikers and travelers alike. Patrons appreciate its eclectic menu, offering modern twists on classic diner fare, such as a juicy patty melt and flavorful breakfast options. While the food quality frequently impresses, some reviews mention inconsistent service and cleanliness issues that detract from the experience. Additionally, concerns about wasps near the entrance highlight a need for enhanced safety measures. Despite these drawbacks, the diner remains a cozy spot with potential, boasting friendly service and delightful dishes, inviting guests to return with a little bit more care.

One of my favorite stops along my favorite tri-state motorcycle rides, the Oakhurst Diner never disappoints. An eclectic menu including generous use of jalapenos, avacado, kale, cilantro, pinto back beans, brown rice, edamame and much, much more. A thououghly modern take on a Diner, Oakhurst takes classics like eggs benedict, meatloaf, chili and wings and makes them thier own while offering new and unique dishes that excite your taste buds. From their Sandwich and a Side menu, one of my per

Really cute! My husband and I chose to sit at the counter because of a long wait for a table. We each had a bloody mary that wasn't as spicy as I like but did the trick. We weren't insanely hungry so he had a double egg sandwich with ham and cheese and I had 2 poached eggs with hash browns and an English muffin. My husband loved his sandwich and my eggs were perfectly runny and poached. The hash browns and English muffin were a little extra crispy but not inedible. Cute little diner but wouldn't

This diner embodies the classic diner experience, from its decor to the menu, and I absolutely adore it. The staff is incredibly friendly, creating a relaxed and enjoyable dining atmosphere. I especially loved the classic thick coffee mugs, and I must mention that the coffee was fantastic—brewed from a German company called Wolfgang. I ordered the Big Daddy platter and highly recommend it. My friend chose the pancakes, available in blueberry or chocolate chip. Everything about this diner was wonderful, and I’ll definitely return whenever I’m in the area.

Charming little spot! My husband and I opted to sit at the counter due to a long wait for a table. We each ordered a Bloody Mary; it wasn't as spicy as I prefer, but it was effective. Since we weren't super hungry, my husband had a double egg sandwich with ham and cheese, while I enjoyed two perfectly poached eggs with hash browns and an English muffin. My husband really enjoyed his sandwich, and my eggs were just right. The hash browns and English muffin were a bit on the crispy side but still good. It's a cute diner, but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to visit again, unless to try the pho that I saw other diners enjoying!
