Willa is truly a standout restaurant! I've been twice, and the atmosphere is impeccably curated. The menu is concise, which is often a hallmark of a top-tier dining experience. The Willa Bar offers an exceptional experience that's worth traveling for. Their cocktail selection surpasses every other fine dining spot in the area. The dessert was absolutely exquisite. Service was flawless, and the floral arrangements and decorations are unbelievably impressive—something I haven’t seen in hundreds of bars worldwide. The small rock glass bud vases with one or two premium blooms at every seat add a lavish and delightful touch. We finished every bite with no leftovers. A perfect 5/5, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Reservations are highly recommended, or you can try your luck at the bar. Next time, we plan to request bar seating. This was one of the best dining experiences we've had in the Hudson Valley in quite some time. Four of us shared a variety of appetizers and salads that were especially outstanding: the charred cabbage paired with a fantastic blue cheese sauce; the beet tartare, which was not only visually stunning but also incredibly flavorful; and the winter squash salad, a clear favorite at the table, featuring thinly sliced raw squash with rich brown butter and sweet raisins. The crudo was fresh, and all the portions were generously sized. The main dishes, including the bean stew and pasta, were equally delicious. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff were warm and attentive. The flavors were unique and very intriguing. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Willa offers a small but very innovative dinner menu. As fans of vegetarian dishes, we loved discovering creative and unique options like the bean stew made with locally sourced beans. The winter squash salad featuring lunga di Napoli squash was exceptional, likely thinly sliced on a mandolin and combined with golden raisins and pine nuts. We even took some home to enjoy later. Our server was attentive and well-informed about the menu, providing excellent guidance. Don’t miss the honey cake dessert!
