I've been going here occasionally for my lunch breaks from work. At first the food was great, but recently they've gone way down hill. Every time I've gone in the last few months, the chicken has been old, bland and dry. Today it was pretty much inedible.Idk if there is new staff or something, but I probably won't be going back for a while. It's not worth wasting money on food Imay or may not be able to eat. Stop from KFC today 06/01/22) they have opened the lobby for a new meal, although these well behind Mc Donalds, Carls Jr., BK and others. If you travel, do not like to eat in my car because the lobby is closed.
Lately, I have been relying on the Sriracha cheese curds. The staff is always nice, my food is always right.
I drove up, super tired after work, wanting some chicken. Ended up third in a growing line of over 15 cars. The staff was all very polite, as fast as you can be, and the guy at the window was incredibly patient with me when I let the wind snatch my card from me while I was trying to pay. Also they make really good KFC.
Amazing and friendly staff. Food was fresh and hot.
