However, they still seem to be falling behind other fast-food chains like McDonald's, Carl's Jr., and Burger King. If you're traveling like I am and prefer not to eat in your car, it can be quite frustrating when the lobby is closed.

The staff were all very courteous and as quick as possible. The person at the window was exceptionally patient when the wind blew my card away as I was trying to pay. Plus, they really serve great KFC.

However, they still have issues with consistency; one week it tastes excellent, but today it seemed overly salty, as if too much salt had been added to the batter. The staff was quite friendly, so I gave it a rating of 4 stars.
