Back in the late '80s and '90s, Chicken Littles were just 50 cents, featuring a flat little bun and a small chicken patty topped with mayonnaise. Those were the best! Now, the chicken portions have shrunk significantly; every time you order a chicken breast, it’s noticeably smaller, leaving you wondering where the meat went. The chicken pot pies used to be hearty and creamy, but now they’re dry and lacking. Plus, they need to bring back the popcorn chicken, but not the larger pieces—they should go back to what they used to offer. It’s disappointing to see so many wonderful items taken off the menu. If KFC wants to avoid losing more customers, they really need to reconsider their offerings. The staff is great, but the food quality is declining. Corporate, you need to take action—reintroduce these items, and I guarantee your sales will bounce back!

Their menu has literally exploded so that we pull up on my quest for that elusive perfect fast food fried chicken sandwich, and boom--what do I see? A cheeseburger ad. We got their fried chicken sandwich. One bit and I spit it back out. Bone dry, no moistness, barely any condiments whatsoever, and not sure if there was an option for cheese, but we didn't get it. Just bland and barely any breading to speak of. The coleslaw was the hands down favorite here--it's tangy and consistently good. Inside clean and sterile, and service efficiently friendly.
