The chicken pot pies used to be hearty and creamy, but now they’re dry and lacking. Plus, they need to bring back the popcorn chicken, but not the larger pieces—they should go back to what they used to offer. It’s disappointing to see so many wonderful items taken off the menu. If KFC wants to avoid losing more customers, they really need to reconsider their offerings. The staff is great, but the food quality is declining. Corporate, you need to take action—reintroduce these items, and I guarantee your sales will bounce back!
