The food was excellent, but the coffee could have been served hotter, and the seating was a bit uncomfortable. However, the breakfast sandwich was outstanding!
I’ll start by giving the cafe the benefit of the doubt; perhaps I visited on an off day. Unfortunately, my dirty chai was quite unappealing, and I couldn’t finish it. While the service was quick, it felt abrupt and unfriendly, with three employees coming across as borderline rude. They seemed unhappy to be there that day. Prices were on the higher side, but likely reasonable for the area. The music was too loud, and the decor was quite basic. The waffles, however, are all gluten-free. I ordered the blueberry lemon crème, and it was really delicious, which was a nice highlight. I might return if I'm in the area and have a specific craving for that, but otherwise, I would probably pass on it.
Went to have coffee on Thanksgiving day they were closed but giving away free coffee outside just to give back to the community. What a great and heartwarming thought just what the world needs right now. And it's pretty great coffee too. Willgo back there every time I'm in Mill Valley.
Kind and friendly staff. Decent prices. We tried their baked goods... an assortment of cookies, scones, and croissants. All were delicious. COVID procedure is convenient order at a window, they will bring out your order and call your name. Seems like afairly popular place in Mill Valley, but also seems like one of the only games in town for these types of items. You can alsobuy their coffee beans in the local grocery store down the street.
