They really need to staff more people during the night shift, and it would help if those workers knew what they were doing. The woman at the counter seemed more focused on warning customers about the two-hour wait than actually preparing the food. It almost felt like she was trying to discourage people from ordering. I placed my order at 10:31 and didn’t receive it until 11:40. I work in this industry too, so I understand how things can get, but this is completely unreasonable.

When customers point out that items like str... read more Additionally, I had a negative experience with the night manager, who seems unresponsive to constructive criticism. When customers point out that items like straws, lids, or the receipt machine are empty, she doesn’t address those issues until the next day. I can no longer recommend this place. I used to love it, but it has severely declined, and it seems that the staff may not be adequately trained or managed. I should also mention that after only a couple of bites, I felt sick the rest of the night. I have always enjoyed Sheetz, but this has been my worst experience with their food. Thank you and goodbye.
