Nestled in an inviting atmosphere with a friendly staff, this restaurant presents a mixed culinary experience. While some patrons rave about the delicious food and excellent service, others express disappointment in the quality of certain dishes, particularly the sirloin steak and baked potato, which were overcooked and lacked flavor. The manager's dedication to customer satisfaction has been commendable, especially in accommodating guests' needs. Although the dining ambiance and service hold promise, inconsistent food quality and pricing concerns may deter some diners. Overall, the restaurant offers a decent dining option, with room for improvement in food consistency.

Was Anonym at Ruby Tuesday a mag?
The manager went above and beyond for my grandmother when her oxygen machine stopped working. He offered to go to Walmart and purchase an extension cable to charge her oxygen machine. Truly the best manager ever! View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Ruby Tuesday:
We had a disappointing dining experience at RT. The restaurant had new and understaffed employees, which affected the service quality. Hopefully, things will improve in a week or two. This was a recurring issue that we encountered in the past. However, the staff was very accommodating and we left satisfied with our meal. View all feedback.

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The sirloin steak was cooked medium rare instead of medium well, and it was very tough, gristly, and overly salty. The baked potato was also overcooked and inedible. Despite the friendly staff, my Bison burger was missing ketchup and mayo, and had unwanted pickles. I would recommend avoiding the steak and baked potato at this restaurant, as my previous experiences with them have been disappointing.

Wasn't worth the money. Also they forgot our coleslaw. When we ask for it the sever said they were out. Didn't offer a substitute or a discount

I took a team of athletes from Special Olympics PA here in our way to a competing. Manager, Jodey, went above and beyond to help us make this an easy and quick stop. The service was fast, food was great and our waitress, Keri (I think) was very attentive. We were so pleased, we stopped again on our way home the next day. Again, Jodey and Keri were there and took care of us. Jodey was in the kitchen but came out to visit and acknowledge our athletes and their accomplishments. To add to this pleasant experience, they then treated the athletes with a surprise. What a wonderful, thoughtful staff!

The food was superb. The steaks were perfectly cooked and still warm.

The pot roast was terrible, tasting and smelling like liver. The bread was soaked with meat juice, not gravy. The dish had so much water that the bread was dissolving underneath. I gave it one star because the steak looked okay and the Spinach Artichoke Dip was decent. Overall, I was not satisfied with spending $19 on the pot roast and $25 on the steak with a side of steamed broccoli.
