Reviews - Ruby Tuesday
Reviews summary
Nestled in an inviting atmosphere with a friendly staff, this restaurant presents a mixed culinary experience. While some patrons rave about the delicious food and excellent service, others express disappointment in the quality of certain dishes, particularly the sirloin steak and baked potato, which were overcooked and lacked flavor. The manager's dedication to customer satisfaction has been commendable, especially in accommodating guests' needs. Although the dining ambiance and service hold promise, inconsistent food quality and pricing concerns may deter some diners. Overall, the restaurant offers a decent dining option, with room for improvement in food consistency.

Food was fantastic, atmosphere was also. Waiter seemed unsure of himself, but was great with customer service. Just had a few issues with our bills. But, the manager helped him get it straightened out.If the prices weren't so high, I would definitely add the restaurant to our usual rotation of places to go out to eat. View all feedback.
What stephen nero dislikes about Ruby Tuesday:
This was the worst steak I have ever tasted. It had no flavor at all, and they even forgot to add the seasoned butter. Considering the price of the steak, I was expecting much better quality. The service was mediocre, with a rating of 3 out of 5. The atmosphere was also just average, with a rating of 3 out of 5. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant for dinner. The price per person ranged from $50 to $100. View all feedback.

The pot roast was terrible, tasting and smelling like liver. The bread was soaked with meat juice, not gravy. The dish had so much water that the bread was dissolving underneath. I gave it one star because the steak looked okay and the Spinach Artichoke Dip was decent. Overall, I was not satisfied with spending $19 on the pot roast and $25 on the steak with a side of steamed broccoli.
I really enjoyed the food at this restaurant, it was delicious. However, I wasn't a fan of the dish they served it in, it was like a cheap pie pan. I accidentally put a hole in it while trying to cut my pork chop and ended up with a lap full of BBQ sauce. Thanks a lot!

Overall, the dining experience was enjoyable with good food, efficient service, and a pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the restaurant offers plenty of parking options in a nearby lot at no extra cost.
We had a delicious meal while travelling through and this restaurant was a wonderful find. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was excellent, and the salad bar was a nice touch. Definitely worth a visit. Make sure to download the app for a buy one get one free entree deal for dinner! They have spots for both pick up and dine in, kids eat free, and easy wheelchair accessibility. Service was great for dining in.
The grilled chicken and shrimp with rice and vegetable was delicious and just the right amount of food for dinner. The wild berry iced tea was very good as well. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
It had been several years since I had been to this Ruby Tuesdays and it was a great experience. Amanda was a great server and recommended the berry iced teas which were very good! I had the grillednl chicken breast with blackened shrimp, rice, and broccoli. It was just the right portion and it was very tasty! Highly recommend! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

While I traveled through mill hall, my family decided to stop at ruby Tuesdays and use a good license my parents had received in their email. that says goodbye.
We went there once a month before she spilled a drink on my mother, which she sucked and splashed me. the waiter was apologetic, but the manager came by and since we were nice about it, he did nothing and accused us of drink. has not lost much, eating is mediocre with exorbitant preisen. they make one fall and their clothes and go on.
This time a big order was told the carrot pane I ordered literally ran when I ordered. there was a copy of our order and no acknowledgement.
