Nelly's Sandwich Shop - Feedback

What Brad Smith doesn't like about Nelly's Sandwich Shop:
We tried to have Nellys cater an event. I went to the shop and spoke with someone. We later emailed, per their request, our menu. Crickets. No emails back, we called, no return calls. I went to the shop again and was promised a call that afternoon, and still nothing. Heard nothing but great things about their food. Great neighborhood sandwich shop. Super nice owner and cook. I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with them while waiting for our order. The cheese steak sandwich is excellent. I'll be looking for an excuse to visit my cousin in Milford so I can go back. View all feedback.
