I have not yet tried the special dishes listed on the blackboard at this restaurant. Currently, my favorite dishes are the lemongrass chicken wings, level 1 spicy, which are perfect for me. They are incredibly flavorful, perfectly deep-fried, and tossed in a delicious lemongrass sauce. The pad mee korat is absolutely delicious! This is my second time ordering it, but this time I opted for the dinner portion because the lunch size was not enough. The dinner size came with 6 shrimp! There were plenty of bean sprouts in this noodle dish, and the sauce was just amazing. I like to add their homemade jalapeño vinegar to cut through the saltiness. Their homemade hot sauce is also very spicy for those who enjoy heat. The tom yum soup with shrimp was a pleasant surprise! It was the best tom yum soup I have ever tasted, with an authentic flavor and a perfect balance of sourness and spiciness. The soup included fresh cherry tomatoes and mushrooms, with a hint of lime and coconut milk. It also came with two large shrimp.

Wow great food and super friendly people. Wish we'd found this one years ago. Everything we had was great and service was friendly and quick on a Friday night at dinner time. We'll definitely be back.

We recently enjoyed another delicious takeout meal at Kai Mook, a restaurant that specializes in local Thai street food. We ordered the Pad Sii Ew dinner with chicken, which consisted of wide rice noodles, broccoli, Chinese broccoli, carrot, and egg in a black soy sauce for $14.50. We also ordered the House Fried Rice dinner with chicken, which included stir-fried rice with egg, onion, green peas, carrot, tomato, and scallion for $14.50. To complement our meal, we also ordered the steamed edamame served with garlic sesame soy sauce for $6.50. Our order was ready on time, hot, and most importantly, delicious. While we don't love everything on the menu, we do enjoy several items including the ones we ordered. Kai Mook has become our go-to spot for Asian cuisine.
