While some have experienced disappointment with the service and ambience, others have raved about the excellent food, cocktails, and outdoor dining experience. The establishment has successfully adapted to COVID regulations with outdoor seating and stringent cleanliness measures. Regulars praise the friendly staff and consistency of high-quality food. Overall, Arturo's seems to have a loyal fan base, and while there may be occasional hiccups, many diners continue to have wonderful experiences at this Westborough restaurant.
Wonderful experience having dinner at Arturo's. As always the food and drink were wonderful and the service outstanding. We were a little concerned how the set-up would be under the new Covid restrictions, but everything was handled exceptionally well. We felt very safe in the outdoor eating area, the tables and chairs were being cleaned between each sitting, and everything was very spread out. A very enjoyable experience!

Excellent food and service and plenty of outdoor space under the tent. We had an excellent time and always LOVE the food and cocktails. If you do fine outside, would recommend that you plan to leave before dark because the mosquitoes were absolutely ruthless!
Arturo’s did an amazing job amidst COVID regulations. The outdoor seating was comfortable, atmosphere inviting, service outstanding and food/drinks delicious! Would return!
Simply the best! Great food, each and every time! The staff is fantastic, so friendly and mindful of checking in every few minutes to make sure you are happy. : LOVE Arturo's. Do yourself a favor and check it out.
