My first visit was rather disappointing. I slipped and fell onto my knees because of food left on the floor. A dirty floor raises serious concerns about the restaurant’s overall hygiene. This was certainly not what I expected. View all feedback.

A charming spot to dine in Ferns. The food is delightful—nothing fancy, but honest and satisfying! Portions are generous, and the service is exceptionally warm and friendly. Affordable as well. We’ll definitely return!

We have visited The Courtyard Midleton three times, and each experience has been mediocre at best. The quality of the food is inconsistent, and the menu feels somewhat overpriced.
The Courtyard Restaurant in Ferns, Co. Wexford, has been delivering consistently great food for many years, whether you're enjoying lunch in the bar or dining in the restaurant in the evenings. The venue offers a charming dining area that’s perfect for medium to large groups, as well as a function room for bigger gatherings. Additionally, there is a small private function room available for groups of up to 20.
My daughter and I stopped by The Courtyard Midleton for a quick meal on our way home from the beach. The place looked lovely and very clean at first. We ordered a large lunch, but while waiting, I noticed a man in the corner staring at my 11-year-old daughter. He kept looking at her so much that she asked me why he was staring. I spoke to the barman/waiter about feeling uncomfortable and asked to move to another table, but he was unhelpful and barely acknowledged my concern. I ended up moving all our food and drinks by myself. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
