The food was delicious and the service was excellent, if not better. The young lady who took our order even brought water for our pup and a side of carrots when I mentioned that we always give our dog carrots when we have chicken wings. Our dog got a snack before we did, and we were able to enjoy our meal even more thanks to the thoughtful service. Another worker even came out to the terrace to check on the dog in th... The food was delicious and the service was excellent, if not better. Everyone at Phil's was friendly, and we highly recommend this place to everyone. We would definitely return if we were in the area again. Good food and good people at Phil's pub!

First time visiting today and I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion sizes at this restaurant. The server was incredibly attentive and efficient, managing the entire restaurant on her own without missing a beat. They are lucky to have her. Overall, I would highly recommend this pub.

The service was extremely poor. Upon our arrival, one of the servers requested us to enter the restaurant, but when our assigned server approached our table, she appeared very frustrated with us.
