What Derek L doesn't like about A&W Midland:
Wanted to try their new chicken sandwich, Drive-thru then home. Dried out overcooked chicken. Under a heat lamp for a long time. All for $10.00+! Complained and area manager (Collins) offered a free replacement. Asked for a refund as I no longer wish to patronize this place. Nothing back after a week. Poor quality food, expensive and poor follow up. Won't be back. View all feedback.
We wanted a place overlooking Midland Bay for a wedding anniversary.
First time here and experienced none of the deficiencies experienced by others.

Went in for an early dinner and took a while, place seemed a wee unorganized. I figured maybe some newbies, so being patient, I waited. We finally got our food and sat down to hearing the owner/manger chastising her staff. She is a very ignorant excuse of an owner and she is lucky my baby boy was crankie and we had to go, or I would have torn a strip off her in front of everyone to see how she likes it; a definite control freak. Never going back.
