I ordered a mama burger and onion rings for dinner. The food did not meet the same high standards as in the past. The service was fast, but it lacked a personal touch.
This A&W fast food chain outlet is excellent. The food is served hot and the service is exceptional. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.
The restaurant is dirty, the staff is too busy talking about their personal lives, the garbage area is disgusting, tables are not wiped down, and the fries seemed to be old leftovers from previous meals. I will not be returning and will be advising others not to as well.
Worst burger I've ever had, sweet potato fries were blah and no ice for soft drinks. Total waste of $15. I will never return.
Wanted to try their new chicken sandwich, Drive-thru then home. Dried out overcooked chicken. Under a heat lamp for a long time. All for $10.00+! Complained and area manager (Collins) offered a free replacement. Asked for a refund as I no longer wish to patronize this place. Nothing back after a week. Poor quality food, expensive and poor follow up. Won't be back.
