Opted for the lemon tart for pud which was also moreish... read more A most delicious roast turkey meal with trimmings for lunch today. Excellent portions and quality food. Opted for the lemon tart for pud which was also moreish too. I only hope I manage to cook a tasty meal like this on Christmas Day! Well done to the chefs in the kitchen and the whole staff team at The Red Deer. We received such a wonderful welcome and nothing was too much trouble. This has been our third visit to the establishment. Highly recommend with a large car park outside.

The staff were great, nothing was too much trouble, they were polite, happy very helpful. Yes we had to wait a while for each course of our meal but that was due to it being so close to Christmas it being so busy. But the food made the wait worth while, it was really well cooked, well presented a good plate full too, even the children's meals were very generous portions. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

Polite and helpful bar staff. Food took an age and was standard pub chain fare, albeit with some unusual items on the menu. Had to clear our table before we started. Our plates weren't removed before we left, an hour after finishing our food. Little atmosphere and located in a Tesco car park for even less character.

A big hand goes to megan welcoming customers and checking their bookings. Also to Youssef who was not only very helpful but had a good humour as well. Cannot wait to return.
