Taco Bell - Feedback

What Matthew P likes about Taco Bell:
Drive thru was very quick and efficient. Staff was very kind and in good spirits. My only complaint happens at every taco bell under the sun. There were a few pieces lettuce in the cheesy roll up. I assume the lettuce falls into the cheese cambro as they move along the prep line, then hitches a ride when they grab the cheese for the cheesy roll up. Customer service was horrible. Lobby was dirty. Food on the floor and tables. Which during a pandemic is not A very hard thing to prevent. Grill was not cleaned left black burnt remains all over my meal. Staff did not practice wearing a mask while making customers food. They where loud and annoying.
