Straight up- this place is phenomenal. I’ve been eating at alabasha for quite sometime. Usually once a week. Well I went today to grab my usual plate and when I walked in the dude was like we closed. So my girl told me to try Hummus and more which is right down the street. I pass this place daily and never thought to try it. Well I got the combination plate with the shawarma and gyro and my god was is it good. Everything was hot, meat was nice and tender. Great flavor and the hummus was amazing too. Needless to say, I wish I would have known about this place all along because I feel robbed for eating at alabasha. I’m hooked and will be back again and again
Omg this is some of the best food I have ever had. Not only was the food great the owner greeted me and we had a conversation like we were best friends. I would recommend going here everyday 3 times a day! The food is amazing. I can't say enough good things about this place. Bravo. Bravo.
Lovely atmosphere and superb service. The food is wonderful. The hummus is smooth and creamy, garlic mashed potatoes with fresh herbs so tasty, chicken kabobs perfectly grilled and the cheese egg roll is an absolute delight (sounds weird, but incredibly delicious). This place is a gem!
Been in this country for over 20 years and I have tried most Mediterranean restaurants... Hummus and More by far is the best I’ve ever tried. Good Job chef Huda. I loved the marinated kabob and all of your appetizers. The Ashta dessert was dreamy and the Lebanese iced tea was so refreshing: Now it’s time for your seafood since It’s fasting time.
Hummus and more is a hidden ! Authentic middle easter food made from scratch and fresh seafood you can’t beat that trust me. WhoDat! That is all the the hard work of chef Huda for 20+ experience in the restaurant industry. I can’t decide which dish is my fave, the kabab is always cooked to perfection and the countless vegetarian options makes you feel like this is heaven on earth, and let’s not forget the Ashta dessert drizzled with sweet rose syrup and topped with pistachios It’s my all times to go to when I’m in town, I even order a party size stuffed meat grape leaves to take with me when I leave out of town. Thank you Hummus and more for making my favorite dishes and for always greeting me with love and smiles.
