What Matt H doesn't like about Daiwa Sushi Japanese Cuisine — Metairie:
Good atmosphere, fast kitchen, and solid selection of $6-$8 sushi rolls. Their water tastes worse than tap water. Everything besides their cheap rolls is overpriced — fancy sushi rolls that cost $13 had less fish than a $6 roll. Truthfully I've never had a bad experience here with the exception of my most recent visit. The food is always phenomenal and usually the service is amazing, however, my most recent visit on 1/16/2022 at 3:15, I was bringing a friend from out of town and was greeted by a host who had a terrible attitude. Little guy with glasses, possibly white or Spanish. We actually left and went somewhere else. View all feedback.
