Contribute Feedback What S doesn't like about Willis MERIMBULA Bakery:
Went to Willis Merimbula Bakery this morning (Sunday 14th May). Purchased 2 Apple Turnovers and an Apple Tea Cake. Cost was $16.80. Got them back home and by tasting them it was obvious they were a day old or older. Definitely were not baked today. Paid full price for yesterday's bake. Not happy. Will not be shopping there again on Sunday. View all feedback.
The Bee Stings and Lamingtons are amazing! The staff are friendly too highly recommended!
Nice coffee and vegetable pasty. Friendly and quick service, good lunch stop option.
Scones in the Devonshire teas were acceptable. The $16 Sausages and Eggs breakfast consisted of two supermarket bbq sausages split lengthwise and two fried eggs on thin toasts. Came away feeling a little bit scammed, to be honest.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS Dry Currie pie, scones could have been used as bullets, and the pancakes as frisbies. After 20 minutes the coffees didn’t come out at all. We should have read some of the other reviews on here beforehand.
I was embarrassed and down graded by the staff in public. I asked if my purchase was fresh and they embarrassed by verbally yelling loud so all the customers to hear. I did ask 4 times to keep there voices down only to my shock they kept on expressing there point of view louder making sure everyone could hear. They were rude and I will never return. This is a shame as I am a local of 35yrs. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but I had to to leave this comment. Dear Mr Wills you do need to train your staff to be respectful to your customers and not to be so rude. Your customers do have the right to respectfully inquire about a freshness of your products. Oh and to remember orders and stop being smart like rude. My recommendation go to in the mix.
