Cranky Cafe - MERIMBULA

Just what was needed on a rainy beach day. 1st time here and will be suggesting this place to anyone we know coming through town. Thanks heaps for some delicious breakfast wraps and healthy start mix bowl with milkshakes and hot chocolates for our family. What a great start to the day.

Really love the fact the breads are baked on site. Bacon, Egg, and cheese roll was really great. Fresh coffee. Quick service. The next day I tried the Breakfast Wrap. Very tasty and filling for the long drive back to Sydney.

I visited for lunch on a Sunday with 4 kids for a quick bite. We were visiting Merimbula for the day and didn't have any reservations so went off Google reviews. There was a bit of a line when we ordered and there is very limited seating. They only have seating outdoors as the dining area is closed. There is, however, a kids park across so you can quite easily take your food across the road. The menu has broad, and we had a collection of burgers, kids meals and the special Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches. They were all very tasty (especially the Philly steak) and the portions were quite large.

Amazing cafe. My family has a lot of allergies and they were super helpful in checking packaging and ingredients for us. Staff are very friendly and food was great. They had lots of gluten-free options and even had lactose free milk. Will definitely stop off here again when we come back down to Merimbula.

Very friendly staff at this dog friendly cafe. Extensive menu that caters for Vegetarians Vegans. Plenty of parking. Situated across the road from a park that has access to the beach. I ordered the local fish of the day with sweet potato fries a garden salad. It was delicious! Toby Gracie got a doggo biscuit each.
