I had tried to pour over, “high quality” coffee in merida before and was very disappointed. most places seem to “offer” the high quality, single source coffee, it does not deliver on quality or preparation. this place delivered on both....They do the chemex, and siphon methods all on the table side so that they can see. they even let the coffee smell as he braut and ask if it is good for them. the coffee was very tasteful and bright. If they are a coffee aficionado, they will not be disappointed! the service was also top notch!

I would drink it every day if I could, and every food item from the menu meets the place well made sweets and seasoned. to choose from. the atmosphere was casual and chat partner, but we really benefited from the wifi and couch lounge area on the back to do some work. the service was impeccable. every detail is thought, and all the servers are very attentive.
