And the even had bottles of hand sanitizer on each table (a first for us in Merida).

No need to go out of your way but if you're in the area this is fine. Comfortable and friendly with decent food. The waiters spoke some English, which was helpful given our limited Spanish. The food was varied and beautifully presented, extremely tasty and reasonably priced. Service was excellent....The restaurant was air conditioned and accepted credit cards. The restaurant closes at so for a lunch or early dinner, we highly recommend the restaurant.
