Manik Bal was easy to find, dude was sooo incredibly nice, we just asked him to load us up with his favorites. My favorites ended up being the Tinga de Zanahoria (a wildly flavorful carrot and veggie concoction and the Chicharron en Salsa Verde (which I believe was a chicken seitan in salsa verde? . He said his partner was also set up on the other side of Paseo de Montejo and had a few additional options. We took a giant bag home for 4 of us and everyone loved it.
