Was Anonym at Hermit House a mag?
Great hot and sour soup! Food is fresh and hot. Take away is prompt. Bit chilly to eat in during winter but this little gem isnt really set up for a comfy dine-in experience. It's a great take away restaurant. Fabulous service from Patrick, the...More View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Hermit House:
Good,friendly quick service. We ordered honey chicken, satay chicken and fried rice. The honey chicken came with cashews and the satay chicken was more like a light yellow chicken curry and included pineapple. It was not the worst we've had or the best but it satisfied our hunger. As first timers to Hermit House, it was delicious! San Choi Bow, Chinese mushroom and chicken soup, Chilli Beef and Special Fried Rice all very clean (not oily or unhealthy) and tasty. will definitely be ordering from there again.
Great takeaway restaurant, freindly owner, tasty dishes at fair prices. We have ordered here many times and never been dissappointed. Would recommend to anyone.
Recommended for great value take away. My wife and I have been ordering food here for over a year and keep going back. I love their take on Singapore noodles and my wife loves their fresh and simple vegetarian dishes.
I highly recommend this restaurant for its use of fresh ingredients, minimal oil in their cooking, and accommodating staff who are happy to fulfill requests. It's a breath of fresh air to find a place that doesn't use MSG or food colorings (which I am allergic to). I will definitely be coming back soon!
We have had take-away several times it's always been lovely. Fresh ingredients and flavours. My husband is a real foodie who travels to Asia regularly and knows his Asian food he's hard to please and he raves about it. Great friendly service also. Highly recommend.
