The last 3 times the burgers look like they have been thrown togeth... read more This place started off well but has declined. Burgers are hit and miss and lack consistency. The last 3 times the burgers look like they have been thrown together. Our last order was takeaway. They said it would take 15 mins which was fine but after 25 mins we asked how much longer only to find our burgers had been sitting in a brown paper bag and gone cold. The bag had our name on it yet they didn't let us know. We were right in front of the counter all that time. They offered us a free drink when we complained but what's the point as that's not takeaway. This happened to us once before so my husband took the free beer while we waited only to find we had been charged for it when we got home. The staff are friendly but We won't be back.

My son phoned, a cou... read more My family planned lunch here this afternoon. This was a comedy of errors! Everyone be warned that the restaurant is now permanently closed. My son phoned, a couple of days ago, to book a table. Apparently the phone is now diverted to their Parkdale site - but no-one told him. He duly booked a table, thinking he was speaking to Mentone. We rocked up there, ooops. Checking the phone, we spoke with Parkdale and were told they we sorry but had no record of the booking. We chose another venue.
